Solar Overcladding

Old, leaky, or asbestos commercial roof?

Solfit's commercial overcladding is changing the game.

YOU HAVE THREE OPTIONS:

OPTION
01

Remove & Replace

The most expensive option; shutdown production for weeks, remove and replace with a hugely expensive new metal roof.

OPTION
02

Metal Overclad

Leave the existing roof, and overclad it with a second skin of metal sheets. The roof structure often cannot take the weight of both this and traditional solar.

OPTION
03

Overclad with solar

Overclad the roof with a second skin of Solfit's award winning, interlocking solar modules. The only option with a new roof that pays for itself!

HOW IT WORKS

Traditional overcladding is a second skin of metal sheeting which overlays the old roof making it watertight.

Solfit’s revolutionary interconnecting panels utilise the same installation method, but instead of metal they use Tier 1 solar modules to create the second skin.

So rather than an unwanted expense, a commercial roof repair can now generate your business a return!

Solfit works on Asbestos, fibre cement and metal.
